The weekend in briefs

So, it’s been a while, but I’m back, apologies if you were expecting another post sooner, but I couldn’t be bothered to blog during a long weekend. Yes, the gods of industry showed favour upon me and gave me Friday off work (without having to claim leave) pretty bitching! Anyway,

This weekend was just what the old batteries needed. I feel ready to get through this week, it may be a tough one.

Notable events this weekend included: A whiskey fuelled steak cook-off, sadly, it ended in a tie. Murdering tons of Skags and psychotic midgets with a Crazy rationalist, (golden guns just seem to shoot better than regular ones). Also got into Leisure suit Larry’s bed, with like, 3 other people, it’s a magical place. Visited friends I haven’t  “kuiered” with in ages.  And watched  some movies in between it all.

“Exit Humanity”, what a film, sadly not mainstream enough to get much recognition, truth be told, I only heard about it from AxxonMan. Here, check out a link: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1781812/

“The raven” aka “That newish Edgar Allan Poe movie” was actually a let down, expected a bit more, but then again, that’s Hollywood for you. The deaths were pretty  cool, but that’s it.

I know this didn’t come across as much of a rant, but I don’t have anything to rant about.... Yet.
